A message from the Headteacher:

Well, it's very nearly that time again! Hotting up(?) for the long summer break.

Of course, it's also a sad time for all the staff who have to say goodbye to our Year 6 pupils, who will be moving on to bigger things at their new secondary schools.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them all for the contribution they have made to ensuring that St James' continues to be a credit to the community and a happy place to learn and play and to wish them every success for the future.

Our latest newsletter is now available online by clicking the button on the right.

Please remember I or my colleagues are always on hand to help if you have any enquires. Please feel free to make an appointment to see me any time or grab me in the playground before or after school. Remember, too, that Tracey and Mel in the Office are always happy to help with issues concerning the day-to-day running of the school.

You can also use the enquiry form if you can't get into school or if your query is less urgent.

Please note that in order to reduce the amount of paper used, printed copies of the monthly newsletter will from now on be sent home only with those children whose parents specifically request them.

Please feel free to use the enquiry form here to let us know what you think about our site. Response so far has been very positive and we appreciate all comments and suggestions. We rely on your views to keep the site intersting and informative.

Our School Policies are now available for viewing online by clicking here or from the link on our "About the school" page.

I hope you enjoy browsing here and look forward to your comments.
